Menovo persists in the principle of “Safety first, Prevention primary, combining prevention with control”. Through strengthening safety concept and improving safety management method, safety management of the company has improved effectively. In recent years, we have increased the investment for improving and promoting safety facilities, preparing protective equipments, perfecting safety and operation process and strengthening security hidden perils. We also regularly organize safety knowledge trainings, contests and fire drills, fire skills contest activities. At the same time, automatic production part realized, labor productivity improved, labor intensity of workers reduced and production safety accidents and industrial injury accidents decreased. Anhui Menovo has passed the safety standard acceptance by local province, and Zhejiang Menovo has passed the safety standard acceptance by local city.

Holding firmly to “protecting the environment and sustainable development” is the prerequisite, and also the ideas of clean production and scientific development should be carried on. Protecting environment is our social responsibility during development. In order to protect the environment during production, we have determined the solution of “the three wastes” at first. At the same time, we finished the validation of “design, construction and use at the same time” and got the technology improved and the process optimized. We also improve equipment level positively, optimization of process route, eliminate backward production capacity, and implement the strategy of recycling, scientific development. Zhejiang Menovo and Anhui Menovo have passed the ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification. 
About labor protection, the production line and R&D center will issue labor protection appliances for the operators and workers in every month, especially for some special positions and employees. When summer comes, we will not only issue summer appliances in time, heatstroke prevention medicine and allowance for high temperature, but also prepare cold juice and cooling equipment for the employees on duty. Every year we organize the staff to do pre-job, on-job and leaving physical examinations in the qualified comprehensive hospital.
